Chris Jelenewicz, Engineering Program Manager at the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) and B.S. Graduate of the FPE Department (Class of 87), appeared on a PBS show discussing the 1977 Beverly Hills Supper Club Fire in Southgate, Kentucky. Sitting in a panel with two journalists, Chris was representing the engineering view point and emphasizing the need and importance of Fire Protection Engineering as a way to reduce fire hazards.
